Product introduction – rubber products
Rubber: It has corrosion resistance to weak acid and alkali, salt and chloride solution, and poor corrosion resistance to oil and solvent. It is not recommended for ozone medium.
Polyurethane: polyurethane is a kind of macromolecular compound. Polyurethane can be divided into polyester type and polyether type. They can be made into polyurethane plastic (mainly foam plastic), polyurethane fiber (called spandex in China), polyurethane rubber and elastomer.
Silicone rubber: Silicone rubber is resistant to high and low temperatures, can be used at high temperatures without performance changes, can be used continuously for 10000 hours at 200 ℃, and can maintain its elasticity and ozone resistance within the working temperature range of – 70 – 260 ℃. It is suitable for making gaskets required in thermal mechanisms, such as sealing rings, valve gaskets, oil seals (applicable to water media), etc. Special silicone rubber can be used to make oil seals.
EPDM: EPDM is a copolymer of ethylene and propylene, which is a kind of ethylene propylene rubber. Therefore, it is ozone resistant, heat resistant, weather resistant, etc. It can be used in automotive parts, building waterproof materials, wire and cable sheaths, heat resistant hose, tape, automotive seals and other fields.
