Description
Expanded PTFE Rope is made of 100% PTFE of puffed PTFE material cut or punched. Expanded PTFE material (eptfe) expands PTFE into a unique material with strong, tough and porous properties and is highly fibrotic.
It not only maintains the unique properties of PTFE itself – excellent chemical stability (not affected by general chemicals); extremely low coefficient of friction; wider operating temperature; non-aging and permanent durability;
Now its multi-fiber structure gives it an unimaginable tenacity as a sealing product, and more importantly, it fundamentally solves the common problems of other types of tetrafluorine sealing materials — creep and cold flow, which greatly improves the performance compared with pure tetrafluorine gaskets and filled tetrafluorine gaskets. In addition, it is easy to cut, easy to install, and has a long service life. This is undoubtedly a remarkable revolution.
